Before purchasing a headpiece at Elysian we recommend reading our policies thoroughly. When placing an order you are automatically accepting our terms and conditions.

Pricing

All our items are priced in euro’s and are including VAT. Shipping fees are also included. For requested fast shipping we advise you to correpond with us for additional shipping fees through email. If necessary Elysian reserves te right to adjust all prices at any given time.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for import duties and local taxes. For import duties and local taxes you can ask for more information at your local customs office.

Shipping

From the moment the order is placed please allow for 2-4 weeks for the item to be made this is not including shipping time. Once the item is dispatched you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a track and trace number. Elysian cannot be held liable for any delays due to local customs or delays made by the shipping company.
Delivery time for each country is different, plus it also depends on which delivery/postal service Elysian works with. We work with several delivery services such as UPS, DHL, POSTNL or FEDEX and we will always include a Track and Trace number. For specific delivery time per country we will advise each customer through email.

Approximate delivery time;

  • Europe: 3-6 days
  • Australia: 6-8 days
  • New-Zealand: 5-7 days
  • United states: 3-6 days
  • Russia: 8-14 days

The headpiece will be packed in a box that is not only beautiful but sturdy as well so it can withstand shipment. Even though we are very careful with our packaging we can not be held responsible for any damage due to shipment of the headpiece.

An item may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the headpiece.
Every Elysian headpiece is therefor unique and especially made just for you.

Returns and exchanges

We want our Elysian brides to be happy! So if you are by any means not pleased with the headpiece and it meets our following conditions; you can sent it back to Elysian within 14 days after receiving the item.

Sent us an email within 48 hours after receiving the headpiece. Tell us why you want to return the item and if needed attach a photo and we will try to do our best to come with a solution or pay back the full amount.

Please keep in mind that we do not accept any returns that have been altered and are without tag. The item must be returned in its original form and packaging. When the returned item arrives at our studio we will examine it and make the conclusion if the customer is entitled to the full refund. Once we conclude that the customer is entitled to the full amount we will send you an email for confirmation. We will refund within 14 days after you receive this confirmation.

Elysian can not be held responsible for any of the return expenses or shipping costs. It is the responsibility of the customer. Elysian can also not be held responsible for your returned item getting lost due to the postal service or customs. It is also the responsibility of the customer.

Correspondence

Elysian will inform you as soon as possible by email if the headpiece will not be ready in time. We will correspond with you to come up with a solution or pay you back the full amount.
